Not happy with your purchase ? No problem ! You can return all unused products within 30 days of your purchase.
Please note that all items must be unused and in their original package. No refund can be made on opened products
that come with manufacturers sealed packaging (vaporizers, batteries, etc.). Please contact one of our representatives
to obtain RA (return authorization) number prior to mailing your package. Shipping without an RA number may cause delays.
- How do I get an RA number ?

Please allow one business day for our support team to provide RA number.
- Incorrect, damaged or defective item received.
We do our best to insure proper product inspection, packaging and order processing. In the unlikely event that an item
you received is incorrect, damaged or defective you can return your shipment at no cost to you to get a full refund or replacement.
- When will I get a refund ?
All refunds are processed within one business day after receiving the merchandise. Depending on your payment method
and payment provider it can take up to seven business days for your bank to clear the funds.
- Who pays shipping ?
We pay all shipping expenses associated with incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective products. Otherwise, customer pays
shipping to return the package to us.
- What do I do if my package is damaged ?
Please take a picture of the package prior to opening and inspecting your merchandise.
- Can I return used item ?
Unfortunately, we can't accept any used product. Your refund or exchange will be rejected if you return used item.
